(Of course you will also need a 2 channel transmitter.) attachments at the steering servo and rudder. Included is also a roll of "hatch" tape to seal the boat hull, (this is essential before running the model). A strip of sticky backed velcro to install the battery into the front of the hull. The water cooled electronic speed control (ESC) is programmable and has preset voltage cutoffs to protect your valuable batteries from over discharging. The ESC is perfectly matched with the powerful 280 size inrunner motor. Recommended battery is a 3S 11.v 1500-1800 mAh
Lipo, as is the use of Deans connectors to connect the ESC to the battery. The battery can not exceed 3.5" in length to fit in the boat properly. Consult the directions provided with the boat for correct placement as balancing any form of fast boat is essential. The unique outrigger hull design gives the Starship amazing speed. The offset driveshaft helps prevent torque roll. The pictures show a couple from my models shop where we have painted the cowl and added a couple of decals to the sponsons. The boats come
