These radio systems operate on a very high 2.4ghz frequency. and are on a no fixed frequency, so when they are turned on they will automatically scan across 40 channels to find the strongest available to lock onto. The receiver and transmitter have a unique ID so that they recognise each other once bound together. The set is supplied with a steer wheel transmitter, micro receiver, 2 servos and a battery box. The receiver has a third channel port for the use of an
additional telemetry system in the future, so you can get live feedback from your model.
Apart from the benefit of no crystals, the 2.4ghz range is above "metal to metal interference frequency, so reduces glitching in your models. So in the street or on the track, no asking "what frequency are you on" ever again!!
